GYM CORE Nutrition is committed to providing you with the best shipping options available. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery): This option is available for orders within India and is eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). Shipping is free of charge for all orders. However, please note that a handling fee will be charged for COD orders based on the order value.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the delivery of your order. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with photos of the damaged packaging and products by emailing support@gymcorenutrition.com or call 9859151515. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
