Return Instructions

We strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent for our customers.

Unopened Products

You can return any unused products within 14 days from the purchase date.
The products must be in their original condition with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, depending on the location.
If you paid via card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account upon receipt of the returned product.
Damaged Products / Missing Items / Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide us with an unboxing video and photos of the packaging and products by emailing support@gymcorenutrition.in or calling 9859151515 within this time frame.
After verifying the issue, we will arrange for a return pickup and offer a replacement or full refund.
Replacements depend on stock availability.
Our company reserves the right to make the final decision in these cases.
No additional compensation or freebies will be provided.
Liability is limited to the value of the order/product.
Refund Disbursement

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-6 business days.
Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 8-10 business days after receiving bank details from the customer.
Return/Refund Procedures for Near-Expiry Products

Products sold at significant discounts during clearance sales will have the expiry date clearly mentioned on the website.
These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason once purchased.
Always consult with a healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplements.
Cancellation Policy

To cancel an item(s) in your order before it is shipped, please choose your preferred refund method:

BR Pay: The amount will be added to your store account.
Original Payment Method: The money will be refunded to the payment method/account originally used.
Once you request the cancellation of an item(s) in your order, we will process the cancellation and initiate the refund based on your chosen method.
